Do as the Winston Churchill does.

So, as I sit sipping on a delicious single malt highland scotch, I thought to myself “It’s still pretty cold this evening, I had better keep my warm leggings on”.  In Gaelic, as I understand it, this roughly translates into ‘now would be a good time to make the first blog post on scotch so as to better record our scotchy endevours’.  As a matter of fact, the scotch I’m drinking right now is pictured here in the second bottle from the left top.  Strathisla be the name, though it’s up in the air whether it should be pronounced straw-this-lah or straw-thigh-lah or straw-thee-lah or some other scottish pronunciation I can’t being to imagine (boz-atz-ta-bon, kil-ee-kin-eye-vee, etc.)  I added the tag ’scotch’ to this post so when we feel the need to browse all scotch entries it will be easy as this here scotch.  Happy scotching!  Where shall we scotch next?
